A note from the founder

Build every piece so it strengthens the next.

I've spent the last eight years building five companies that feed each other. Used Apple devices come in, a connected commerce system goes out. Now I help other operators build the same way.

The loop

How the system works

  1. Acquire

SellMac buys your used Apple device with an instant quote and free shipping.

  2. Renew

Techable refurbishes and resells it with warranty and trust built in.

  3. Protect

SafeTech covers the next owner with warranty and claims support.

  4. Repeat

The loop runs again. Every device finds a next life.

The operating principle

Most founders build one thing. I built a system that builds itself.

It started in a garage in 2017. I bought a shuttered electronics site, rebuilt it from scratch, and turned it into SellMac. Every month after that, I kept finding the next missing piece — resale, warranty, device data, the platform to tie it all together.

The rule became simple: every new company has to make at least one existing company stronger. If it doesn't, it doesn't get built. That's how five companies became one machine instead of five side projects.

A note to fellow operators

If you're building something connected, I want to hear about it.

Secure365 is where I help other operators build the kind of system you just saw — website, support, warranty, content, AI, data, and operations, working as one. If that sounds like you, send a note.

Outside the ecosystem work, Jonathan collaborated with his wife, Emily, on The Duck Who Flew to the Moon — a children's book she wrote to empower kids to stand up for themselves and believe that even the smallest voice can make a big impact. Jonathan helped with illustration and creative development under the BraxBooks imprint.
